We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Nature of the Service and Important Disclaimers
1.1 Job Board Only — Not an Employment Agency
Live in Jobs operates solely as an online job advertising platform. JOBS4COUPLES Ltd is not an employment agency and does not act as an agent for either Recruiters or Candidates at any time. We do not introduce, place, or supply workers to Recruiters, nor do we act as an intermediary in the making of any employment contract.

Nothing in these Terms, nor any use of this Website, creates or implies an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or any other business relationship between JOBS4COUPLES Ltd and any user.
1.3 No Guarantee of Employment or Candidates
We make no guarantee that use of the Website will result in employment for Candidates or in the successful recruitment of staff for Recruiters. We accept no liability for the outcome of any recruitment process initiated through the Website.
1.4 Verification
We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any job listing, CV, candidate profile, or other content submitted to the Website by users. 1.5 Right to Work
Recruiters are solely responsible for ensuring that any Candidate they engage has the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 and all subsequent legislation. JOBS4COUPLES Ltd accepts no liability for any failure by a Recruiter to carry out right-to-work checks.
2. Registration and User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the Website require registration. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date, and you agree to keep this information current. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
2.2 Account Security

2.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including where we believe a user has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or to JOBS4COUPLES Ltd.
3. Recruiter Obligations and Warranties
3.1 Accuracy of Job Listings
Recruiters warrant that all job listings posted on the Website are accurate, complete, genuine, and comply with all applicable legislation. In particular, Recruiters must ensure that:
- The role advertised genuinely exists and the salary or remuneration stated is accurate.
- The listing does not discriminate unlawfully on grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
- All tied accommodation and live-in arrangements described comply with the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, the National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015, and any HMRC guidance on accommodation offset.
- Any job involving the care of vulnerable adults or children complies with applicable safeguarding legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and the Children Act 1989.
- The listing does not breach the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 where applicable.
3.2 Equal Opportunities
Recruiters agree not to post listings that are discriminatory or that request information about protected characteristics (as defined by the Equality Act 2010) unless such a requirement is a genuine occupational requirement and is clearly and lawfully justified within the listing.
3.3 Modern Slavery
Recruiters warrant that they are not engaged in, and will not use the Website to facilitate, any form of forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, or modern slavery, as defined in the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Any suspicion of modern slavery relating to a listing or user may be reported to us at craig@jobs4couples.co.uk and will be referred to the National Crime Agency.
3.4 Live-in Employment and Tied Accommodation
Recruiters offering positions that include live-in accommodation acknowledge that tied accommodation may give rise to specific legal obligations and vulnerabilities for Candidates. Recruiters agree to ensure that any accommodation provided meets the requirements of applicable housing and employment legislation, and that the removal of accommodation is not used as a mechanism to circumvent employment rights.
3.5 Recruiter Fees and Non-Refundable Listings
All fees paid for job listings are non-refundable once a listing has been published on the Website, unless otherwise agreed in writing. JOBS4COUPLES Ltd reserves the right to amend its fee structure at any time.
4. Candidate Obligations and Warranties
4.1 Accuracy of Information
Candidates warrant that all information submitted to the Website, including CVs, profile information, and applications, is accurate, honest, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information may constitute a criminal offence and may result in immediate removal from the Website.

Candidates applying for roles that involve working with children or vulnerable adults acknowledge their obligation to disclose any relevant criminal convictions in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 and applicable DBS regulations.
