Live In Support Worker

Support Worker (Female only)

We have an exciting new opportunity for Live in Female support workers in the Norwich area. Our Client requires support with daily tasks. This lady enjoys accessing the community, so a full UK drivers license is desirable.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard working individual with a kind and caring nature, with good communication skills looking to make a positive difference to this client's life to ensure our clients receive the best care possible.

We require continuity for our client, so you would need to be able to commit to a 1-2 week on off regular working pattern.

All training is provided by our team of experienced Nurses. The candidate will have a thorough induction and shadowing with the client as well as full support from our experienced Registered Manager and Nursing team.

Shifts:

Assignments would be 1-2 weeks long

The ideal candidate will already have experience working within the care sector, more specifically the complex care sector, however all levels of experience will be considered as we offer an extensive level of training and shadowing.

Responsibilities:

• Personal care
• Medication management
• Completion of daily recording paperwork
• Reporting safeguarding concerns
• Providing clinical care and support
• Social support
• Cooking and daily living activities
